
Tango
Sur is a five-piece tango orchestra from Tallahassee,
Florida. They play traditional and nuevo tango
music. Group founder, Fernando Teson played guitar and
piano all his life and studied music in college in his native
Buenos Aires. He has played Bandoneon for the last three
years and travels frequently to Buenos Aires to study
arrangement and orchestration with Rodolfo Mederos and
Bandoeon with Joaquin Armenabar.
Other members of the group include accomplished musicians.
Founding Member Elisabeth King plays piano, Ethan Schaffner,
guitar, Emily Hanna, violin, and Founding Member Craig Wensell
plays double bass.

Saturday Night-April 15, 2006 at Unified Training Center in
Gainesville, Florida.
